Came to Amsterdam for the first time 2years ago did not have a clue about where to go for a smoke,went down the street and was clucking for a spliff,came upon Picasso,s,snug downstairs but decent,OK selection to choose from,friendly staff,lovely coffee and most importantly I felt relaxed.been back to... A smaller locals coffeeshop. Typical wood dutch interior. Not the most comfortable chairs but a good chilled out atmosphere.
