Coco's Outback

Coco's Outback has a catchy slogan, but its not really acurate since they offer Ice Cold Heineken in frozen mugs! The food is bar style, with a huge selection of beef, pork, ribs, kangaroo, aligatore, emu. 

Not your menu if you are looking for a light snack, although you will find some good soups and salads to choose from.

This place is spacious, especially for Amsterdam standards. You can easily come with a large group (you may want to call ahead, in case you want specific seeting available), or come alone to meet people. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the people are open and friendly.

Full bar, fun staff and all the TV sports you can wish for. They are not as stoner friendly as they used to, meaning you can't light up a spliff inside, or on their outdoor terrace. But, the square in front offers plenty of spots to light up :)

They did introduce a designated smoking room, though its really meant for smoking tobacco. Why Coco's, why?
