The VOC is a Pro-Cannabis organization created in the Netherlands, Europe. Their goal is to challenge the negative affects of Marijuana prohibition and to promote the postitives of the natural Cannabis, aka, weed, herb, smoke, etc... (mainly Dutch language)
The VOC has a real passion for what they do. Cannabis and freedom go hand in hand. Education, regulation and legalization appear to be their cornerstones.
