A very solid, "no-frills" coffeeshop, much like Speakeasy in the centrum

VERY clean and new. Nothin too spectacular here but very respectable and "solid". The walls are adorned with tributes to the history of Jan Pieter Heije, the famous newspaper mogul from the 1800's.
Marijuana menu: Good quality, but the menu varies from time to time. One o' my favourite things is that you can always pick up a "tient'je" of weed or hash for 10 guilders. (well I guess with the euro, that's over!) In any case, this please is still a good bargain.
Service & staff: A very friendly staff. Always ready for a laugh. Make you feel like droppin' by just to chat with 'em!
Summary : A very solid, "no-frills" coffeeshop, much like Speakeasy in the centrum. You get good solid deals, the menu varies, the locals don't, and you can always hang there for a tea.
