Why did they choose to mix Jimmy Hendrix and the Black Sabbath with Moon River and Something Stupid? Why?

Huge narghile standing in front of big comfy sofa. Window pretending to be a mirror enhances the room. Cool.
Marijuana menu: Superb! I like the catalogues, where you can view and smell the real samples before buying. Shivanti wasn't bad.
Service & staff: This is alright expecially when not too many people are there.
Summary : Why did they choose to mix Jimmy Hendrix and the Black Sabbath with Moon River and Something Stupid? Why?
