Popeye's is well worth a visit if you are up that end of town - maybe visiting Barney's or De Dampkring

Quite bright and lively. Good elevated section just up a few steps where can roll one up, enjoy a quality Full English Breakfast and watch the world go about its business on the street outside.
Marijuana menu: I only had the Alladin's Chocolate from here and I have to say it was the best resin I had for the 3 days we were there. Very smooth and happy inducing! ;O) Rest of menu decent selection and reasonable prices. Other guys seemed happy with purchases.
Service & staff: Great breakfast. Staff friendly - even had HP sauce on request.
Summary : Popeye's is well worth a visit if you are up that end of town - maybe visiting Barney's or De Dampkring. Breakfast highly recommended to set you up for the day. Well worth a visit in it's own right but you should drop in on other 2 if up this way.
