No frills but quite cosy

We were in Spui and it was raining, hard. Tried Dampkring but it was packed with wasted teenagers, tried another place on Spuistraat and it was also packed full of wasted teens. Then I spotted this place and could hear loud hip hop as I got closer. Peered inside and it was empty, so I rocked up to the bar and ordered a super polm joint for €5,-. The guy was friendly enough. The joint was made with cigarette tobacco - not my favorite - but it tasted good and the high was nice. Sitting under the rain shelter in a comfy chair, watching the rain fall, smoking a nice joint and listening to loud hip hop while I dried out a bit was a much nicer experience than being in a packed coffeshop and worth the extra (short) walk up the street.
